Identity of the service provider

The identification details of the service provider are published in the "Company details" section above, pursuant to articles 7 and 8 of Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003 on e-commerce.

Nature of the service

Capri Way operates as an intermediary between clients and third- party operators specialising in air and sea transfer services to the island of Capri. It does not own nor directly operate the vehicles used for the transfers. All services are provided by duly authorised, selected partner operators.

Hosting

The site is hosted on infrastructure located within the European Union.

Intellectual property

All site contents (texts, images, logos, code) are owned by the company indicated in the Company details or by their respective owners, and are protected by current copyright laws.

Reproduction, even in part, is forbidden without written authorisation.

Limitation of liability

The service provider undertakes to keep published information up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors, omissions or changes. The definitive service conditions are communicated at the moment of booking confirmation with each partner operator.

Jurisdiction

For any dispute arising from the use of the site, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be that of the court of the place where the service provider has its registered office, as indicated in the Company details above, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules, under which the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remains competent.
